I was really excited when i got my ugg boots, however i was very unhappy to see they had a hole in them. I didnt agree with having to send my boots back and as a result i recieved new boots and very satisfyed with the customer service and my boots

My daughter just loves her Ugg boots. She has several pairs in different color. We has used the cleaner with great success. Boots are very comfortable and warm.

Great shoe - I bought them for my daughter. She absolutely loves them. Style and comfort surely measure up. I wish I had gotten them for myself.
